		<description>Yes, I didn&#039;t realize it when I first moved here, but Toronto is fairly on the ball with the medicine 2.0 stuff. It doesn&#039;t hurt that the annual &lt;a href=&quot;http://www.medicine20congress.com/ocs/index.php/med/med2009&quot; rel=&quot;nofollow&quot;&gt;Medicine 2.0 Congress&lt;/a&gt; happens in such close proximity to the three University Health Network hospitals (+ Sick Kids and Mount Sinai, all on the same street!). 

I agree that the disclosure issue should be addressed at a conference. I&#039;ll also look into getting a snap of the posters and finding out more about the campaign from the Privacy departments.

The issue of what constitutes appropriate content is a huge issue that needs attention.  The question I struggle with is how can I share an experience without disclosing unique identifiers?  How general does one have to be?  We need a conference on this!</description>
